The European headquarters of Fuji Electric Co Ltd. based in Offenbach am Main has been a reliable partner for customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for products in the fields of semiconductors, drives and external power supplies as well as photoconductors since 1987.
To further expand our market position and strengthen our IT team, we are now looking for a User Success Specialist (m/f/d):
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Receiving, analyzing, and processing support requests from our employees regarding technical questions and malfunctions (phone, email)
- Analyzing and resolving hardware and software problems in first- and second-level support
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining clients, notebooks, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Performing software rollouts, updates, and patch management
- User and authorization management in Active Directory / Azure AD
- Support for the Microsoft Exchange or Hybrid Exchange environment
- Support in the area of email security and operation of SOPHOS firewall and endpoint security solutions
- Setup of new workstations including onboarding (accounts, hardware, access rights)
- Management and inventory of IT hardware
- Documentation of support cases and maintenance of IT documentation
- Escalation of complex malfunctions to external service providers or internal contacts
- Collaboration on IT projects and further development of internal IT services and security guidelines
Your experience, skills and qualities
- Completed vocational training in an IT-related field or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Very good German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2 or higher)
- Strong service orientation and a friendly and solution-oriented manner
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Sensitivity in dealing with different cultural perspectives
