The European headquarters of Fuji Electric Co Ltd. based in Offenbach am Main has been a reliable partner for customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for products in the fields of semiconductors, drives and external power supplies as well as photoconductors since 1987.
Our technical team at the Offenbach site is now looking for an Application Engineer (f/m/d) in the field of drive technology to support us in the German-speaking region.
Your tasks and responsibilities

Technical configuration of drive systems in the power range 0.25 kW to 3000 kW according to customer requirements

Installation support and fault diagnosis by e-mail/telephone/on site: Elevator applications, pumps/fan controls, various industrial applications

Technical customer training at the customer's premises or in-house at Fuji

Investigation of quality problems in close cooperation with the product managers

Support of the service center (repairs, device modifications)
Your experience, skills and qualities
- Completed studies, degree from a technical college or comparable qualification in the field of electrical engineering
- Good understanding of technical interrelationships
- Knowledge of frequency converters is advantageous
- Competent language skills in German and English
- Independent, solution-oriented and careful way of working
- Active commitment to a joint work organization
- Willingness to travel (1-2 trips per month, mainly in the DACH region)
