Customer Service Representative (f/m/d)

The European headquarters of Fuji Electric Co Ltd. based in Offenbach am Main has been a reliable partner for customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for products in the fields of semiconductors, drives and external power supplies as well as photoconductors since 1987.

To support our Customer Service Department, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for a fixed-term position from 1 June 2026 until 31 December 2027, to cover parental leave:

 

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Providing customer support to international sales partners, direct customers, and new customers via email and phone
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Supporting and collaborating with the sales team in the assigned area of responsibility
  • Processing customer orders, including inventory management and coordination with logistics
  • Communicating with international departments and production to clarify delivery times
  • Placing orders with production and monitoring order status
  • Preparing shipping documents and invoices

 

Your experience, skills and qualities

  • Commercial apprenticeship and (initial) professional experience in order processing or customer service
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Confident coordination of various customer inquiries and tasks
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills in an international environment
  • Team-oriented approach with a proactive, independent work style
